I arranged transfers for my elderly mother, who was traveling alone and needed to get from Vilnius Airport to Kaunas, and later back to Vilnius Airport. Everything was handled with great care, reliability and kindness. Communication was easy, the drivers were very helpful with her luggage, and I felt that my mother was in good hands. Communication was easy and I always received speedy replies via email. The cars that turned up on both occasions were well equipped and had the correct amount of space and seats for our large family and large amount of suitcases.
